Do you accept media from outside the Waterloo Region?
Yes. We are located in Waterloo Region, but we accept tapes, film, photos, and audio media from customers all across North America.
What formats do you transfer?
We transfer a wide range of formats including, but not limited to, VHS, VHS-C, S-VHS, 8mm, Hi8, Digital8, MiniDV, HDV, Betacam, U-matic, Super 8 film, cassette tapes, vinyl, reel-to-reel, DAT, slides, negatives, and prints. Please contact us for more information about specific formats.
How do I send in my media?
Contact us first to confirm your format and project details. Once approved, you can ship or drop off your media and we will go from there. We welcome projects from clients across North America.
Do you offer quotes before starting?
Yes. We can review the format, quantity, and condition of your media to provide a clear estimate before the work begins.
What types of files do you deliver?
Digital files are typically delivered in common, usable formats such as MP4, MOV, TIFF, JPG, or RAW depending on the media type and project. DVDs and Blu-rays are also available upon request.
Do you work with family films and archival projects?
Absolutely. Many projects involve family recordings, personal archives, and old media that needs careful handling and preservation.
