What format will I receive my videos in?

Will I get my original tapes back?

How long does the process take?
Most small orders (under 10 tapes) are completed within 1 to 2 weeks. Larger orders may take more time, and we’ll give you a time estimate before we begin.
Can you transfer damaged or moldy tapes?
